We'll meet Tuesday, October 27 at 4:30pm in the Archaeology Multi-User Laboratory to discuss recent issues and methods in archaeobotany and also to learn how to use our newly refurbished polarizing microscopes

2009 Planning Meeting

Welcome back! The first Crimson Bioarchaeology Journal Club meeting of the 2009/2010 academic year will be held this Tuesday, October 6th from 4:30-5:30pm in the Putnam Lab. Please come with ideas and suggestions for topics to cover this year.

Two topics that have already been suggested are:

1. bone consolidation techniques (continued)
2. nitrogen isotope ecology in agriculture

We'd love to hear your input and ideas for additional topics. We'll also decide on a permanent meeting time, so please bring your schedules.
